Registration

Important Information for Authors 

  • The deadline for registration can be seen in the dates.
  • There is no cap on the authors but it is important that at least one author per accepted paper registers at the prescribed rates on or before the deadline.
  • Registration includes the submission of up to eight (8) pages for full paper. For any registration question please contact us. 
  • If the length of the paper exceeds Eight(8) pages, the cost of each extra page is USD 20.
  • Each paid registration covers only one paper.
  • Author registration fee includes conference materials, arrangement of accommodation on double occupancy basis for conference dates*, certificate of participation, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and conference proceedings CD for the registered author(s) only.
  • Please note that the paid registration fee is non refundable in any case.

Registration Fee

  • Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. 
  • Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received. 
  • Payment can be made in local currency or in USD equivalent to current exchange rate . 
  • The conference organizer will not accept any charges associated with the transfer of money. 
  • The arrangement of accommdation is on paid basis.

Presentation in Absentia 


The author(s) who intend to submit their work but are unable to attend the conference in absentia may register for "Presentation in Absentia". 


If you are a single author and cannot attend the conference, you may choose to attend the conference in absentia by paying the registration fee for "Presenting in Absentia". You shall be sent a Certificate of Participation in Absentia, Conference Proceedings CD and relevant literature by post. 


If your paper is co-authored with two or more authors and all the co-authors are unable to attend the conference, any one of the co-authors may choose to attend the conference in Absentia by paying the registration fee for "Presenting in Absentia". You shall be sent one set of Certificate of Participation in Absentia, Conference Proceedings CD and relevant literature by post.
